Our Mission
Health Heart and Kidney First, is a charitable nonprofit organization 501(c)(3) tax exempt, dedicated to providing educational services to individuals facing health disparities. We are committed to promoting heart and kidney health awareness to prevent the progression of heart and chronic kidney disease failure. We believe that health is not just the absence of disease, but a state of complete physical, mental, and social wellbeing. Health Heart and Kidney First will strive to help individuals reach their goals to make healthier choices, by promoting healthy eating, physical fitness, and stress management for better health and wellbeing.
Our Vision
The vision of Health Heart and Kidney First, is to reduce the impact of heart and kidney diseases in communities, providing education, awareness, promotion, prevention, and ensuring access to care which aims to empower individuals with knowledge, resources, and needed support to take control of their heart and kidney health especially among individuals facing health disparities. Focusing on reducing the impact of heart and kidney disease to take control of their health. Ultimately fostering healthier lifestyles and improving health and wellbeing for all to obtain health equity.
